Novo Nordisk‘s Product Supply Graduate Programme is a greatspringboard for launching a life-changing career at a global
pharmaceutical company. TheProgramme provides you with a variety of tasks, training and feedbackwithin LEAN and leadership to strengthen your potential to take up afuture people- or project management position.
2-year Programme with three 8-month rotations:
• 2 rotations in China, Tianjin TEDA area
• 1 rotation in headquarter Denmark
What we look forin a Graduate:
To join the Product Supply Graduate Programme you must have:
• A master’s degree no more than 2 years old in a subject relevant for afuture people – or project management position within a productionenvironment such as Engineering, Business Management or NaturalSciences
• Min. 1 and max. 2 years of relevant experience during or after yourstudies
• Strong people skills and find it natural to assume leadership and driveresults
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Product Supply is the manufacturing part ofNovo Nordisk, responsible for the production and distribution of uniquequality products, supplying more than 24 million patients yearly.
Site Tianjin was established in 1995 and is the biggest production site of Novo Nordisk outside Denmark for insulin formulation and filling.
It supplies to both global and domestic market with durable devices for insulin injection, finished products of insulin and needles for insulininjection. Located in Tianjin Economic, Technological Development Area (TEDA) employs 1027 employees.
