招聘简章：

1．招聘对象：2016届学士及硕士毕业生，专业不限。

2．招聘岗位：管理培训生

3．招聘人数：5人

4．培养方向：管理干部

5．培养流程：

A．参加公司各部门培训课程，参与业务调研，洽谈，实施。

B．与公司众多世界500强客户的物流主管进行交流，了解世界先进的物流理念及物流发展方向。

C．通过德国物流协会网上平台学习先进的物流知识及理念。

D．公司内部各部门轮岗，定期向各部门领导做工作学习的总结汇报及个人建议。

E． 三-六个月后定岗。

6．职位基本要求：

A. 英语六级或八级（针对英语专业），熟练掌握英语听说读写。

B. 计算机：熟练掌握word,excel,ppt等办公软件。

7．工作地点：

天津市河西区/天津市泰达经济技术开发区/天津市东丽区
