Job Title : GNTC Product Engineer

Job Description:

The candidate will be part of the Global NPI Test Center responsible for NPI product testing capability setup, qualification supporting, improve NPI manufacturability and drive to achieve entitlement goal. Also support NPI development with BU product and test engineer, main include test HW/SW development, validation, issue identification and solution, etc.

In this role the candidate responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

NPI test capability initial setup in GNTC test floor;

Test HW issue troubleshooting, test program or test method issue identification and validation, program debug supporting.

Test result analysis and data mining to identify the testing issue and find the solution.

NPI qualification and NPI sample handling, initial qual/sample lots and post stress lots testing setup, issue solution during lots testing execution, ensure the NPI qual/sample on time deliver

Cooperate with BU PE/TE and production TPE to do the yield improvement, test time reduction, manufacturability optimization, ensure the NPI release with entitlement goal.

Basic Qualifications:

BS or MS degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related technical field;

Understanding and knowledge in application/testing/manufacturing filed;

Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, diagnose root cause, and apply corrective actions;

Good communication skill and team work spirit, willing to learn, take on challenges and self-motivated;

Good level on oral and written English, CET4 or above;

Preferred Qualifications:

Skillful programming skill on C/C++/VB/Lab VIEW or other program language.

Understanding of statistical principle and data analysis;
