BSH Home Appliances Group (BSH Hausgeräte GmbH) is the largest manufacturer of home appliances in Europe and one of the leading companies in the sector worldwide. The group was founded in 1967 as a joint venture between Robert Bosch GmbH (Stuttgart) and Siemens AG (Munich). Since the beginning of 2015, BSH exclusively belongs to the Bosch Group.

BSH Home Appliances (China) Co., Ltd., is the operating headquarter of BSH Home Appliances Group in China. It was founded on August 25, 1997 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province.

1997年8月25日，博西家用电器（中国）有限公司在南京正式成立，成为德国博西家用电器集团在华的运营总部。

By the end of 2016, the company had about 13,420 employees in China. It has established a nationwide sales network, covering 31 provinces and more than 630 cities. The company is responsible for BSH Group brand management and development, as well as sales and after sales service of the two brands.

截至2016年底，公司在华正式员工约13,420人，并在全国31个省、直辖市建立起了销售网络，覆盖630多个大中城市，全面负责博世家电和西门子家电在中国的品牌管理与发展，以及在中国的销售和售后服务工作。

The product range marketed involves all fields of white home appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, range hoods, cooking appliances and other small home appliances. The company also includes an import business.

They altogether form an all-round competitive brand combination.

招聘岗位：

营销代表

岗位职责：

1、 负责集团旗下相关品牌和产品的市场推广和活动策划与执行；

2、 根据节点制定各项促销活动方案，并配合销售部门做好各项辅助销售的相关性工作；

3、 负责制定终端售点形象标准与维护执行；

4、 负责开发相关售点陈列和展示道具。

任职要求：

1、 具备市场营销活动相关实习经验者优先；

2、 有责任心、语言表达能力强，有团队协作精神；

3、 具备优秀的文案功底，熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件。

销售主管

岗位职责：

1、 负责集团旗下8～12家品牌专柜的销售管理工作；

2、 带领团队达成公司下达的各项销售指标，并协助渠道经理执行公司各项政策和规范运营；

3、 完成上级经理安排的其它工作内容。

任职要求：

1、有家电行业实习经验者优先；

2、 善于沟通、有团队协作精神、具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧、组织能力强；

3、熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件。

销售人员

岗位职责：

1、负责冰箱 、洗衣机或厨房电器产品的销售；

2、展厅形象、卫生的维护与管理；

3、展厅样机与配件的维护与管理；

4、做好门店销售统计，及时反馈卖场的信息。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历；

2、有家电销售实习经验者优先；

3、反应敏捷、表达能力强、善于沟通、具有亲和力。

实习生

岗位职责：

1、销售岗位及内勤岗位的辅助性工作；

2、定期安排轮岗实习。

任职要求：

1、本科在读；

2、善于沟通，市场营销、旅游管理等专业优先。
