职位名称:中方儿童英语教师 (LT-Local Kids English Teacher) 汇报对象:Local Teacher Supervisor 职业发展路径:LT-LTS–PAM/DoS–CD

Synopsis: As an English Teacher at EF Education First Kids & Teens, you will join our academic team together with international teachers to deliver high quality English lessons and academic services to our students from 3-18 years old. The role: The Teacher position is an essential and key position in EF schools. The responsibilities mainly include preparing and delivering lessons, administering and reporting students’ learning progress and coordinating with other functions to maintain effective relations. Responsibilities: Prepare and carry out lessons as assigned by the Director of Studies Correct, record and administer the results of quizzes, tests, assessments and progress report for students Communicate students’ progress and action plans with parents via phone and parent-teacher meetings Assist in the placement testing and interviewing for new students enrollment Carry out academic events including demo lessons, parent academy and life clubs Attend teacher training presentations and workshops for own development Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site Requirements: Hold a Bachelor Degree, plus a National Teacher Certificate or TEFL/CELTA certificate Major in English, English Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics or relevant area Command excellent communicative skills in English with TEM8/IELTS7 or above

职位名称:英语学习顾问 (Progress Advisor)

职责描述:

学习顾问作为客户服务团队的成员,在工作中需要配合教师管理班级,跟踪学生的学习进度,保持与家长的沟通,确保优秀的客户体验,并在服务过程中发现潜在的销售机会,完成在读学生的续读指标。具体职责为:

1、 与教务部门合作,按照CMP标准工作流程,做好班级管理工作,主要包括:

(1)学员个人学习档案和相关资料建立及维护

(2)定期进班做课堂观摩,了解班级学员学习情况并做好记录;

(3)定期与家长联系,及时沟通学员在校学习情况,并听取家长的反馈意见,作好记录;

(4)定期电话邀约家长到校参与公开课及家长会,协助任课老师组织进行这些工作;

(5)及时在系统里更新班级的学习进度和学员情况,并有效处理学员插班、转班、转校及停课等事宜;

(6)及时处理学员/家长投诉,并跟进学员/家长们提出的意见。

2、完成续读销售指标,达成推荐销售;

3、与其他业务部门进行有效沟通,保证客户满意度并推动中心业绩增长。

The Progress Advisor is responsible for ensuring the best customer experience and the highest customer satisfaction by managing classes, as well as finding potential sales opportunities to complete the retention and referral target.

Roles and responsibilities:

Class management, follow the indications of Efekta as EF internal SOP to be sure:

> Set up individual study file for any customer and manage them appropriately;

> Manage and record learning progress of all learners;

> Communicate with parents of learners and records their feedback well;

> Call in invite parents for school visit and work with course teachers to organization parents meeting as required;

> Update personal information and learning progress in ODIN system, and manage any new change for the students in the class.

> Handling any complaints from customers and feedback suggestion from them also;

> Manage the disciplinary of the class, and keep all customers include learners and parents for any change for the class;

> Communicate with customers and encourage them continue EF courses to achieve EF sales target.

> Check any working message and mission reminding in the ODIN, and finish all issues related without any delay for each day as the first and highest priority;

> Keep routine communication with teachers for any update for the learners in the class;

> Work with MKT team for all school course life clubs’ events and festival parties;

> Dig potential requirements from customers and keep sales team informed for new business opportunity;

职责描述:

负责根据学员的需求为学员设计课程及学习计划,保持与顾客的良好沟通与联系,并且完成既定的销售目标。具体工作为:

1. 接听客户的咨询电话,接待客户来访,并进行跟进;

2. 为现场咨询的顾客提供课程咨询服务,解答与公司及课程相关的疑问,根据客户需求为客户定制课程;

3. 承担并负责完成上级主管交付的销售目标任务;

4. 负责课程产品的报价及合同签署;

5. 按时准确的完成销售报表及系统录入;

6. 保管和整理销售档案,保证档*性和完整性;

7. 参加中心和总部的各种培训、营促销活动及学校会议等;

The Course Consultant is responsible for direct selling the suitable EF courses, developing positive relationships with customers and achieving monthly sales targets.

Roles and responsibilities:

* Handle all call-in telephones from customers and tracking progress of all individual cases assigned by provide professional consulting services , confirm each customer school visit in advance;

* Tracking each telephone case and be sure the information will be booked and updated correct and in time.

* Provide professional consulting to visiting potential customers, listen and understand the actual customers’ needs and link with EF products and services to achieve sales target;

* Be sure all sales information and data include but limited customer information, case progress status, customer school visiting information will be under good controlled and updated in data system correct and in time.

* Help customers understand the EF price offers, provide professional service and support so that customers can sign the contracts with high satisfaction.

* Manage all sales files, keep them correct and complete. Finish sales report in time and correct, update all sales related data and information in corporate CRM/business data system.

* Coordinate and support all assigned marketing and promotion activities according ordered by Sales Manager or Center Manager.

* Keep appropriate appearance and good manner as well as tidiness working place.

* Set up and maintain constructive working relationship with teachers in learning centers, and improve the individual sales performance.
